In line with the prevailing Data Protection Act currently in force, OHSA fulfils  its legal obligation and commitment to  respect and protect any personal information which may be collected from time to time. OHSA shall have in place all safeguards necessary to prevent unauthorised access and will not pass your personal details collected from you, to any third party, unless you give us your explicit consent to do so.

Access to your information

You may request us at any time what information is effectively held on you if any, at that particular time. You have the right to have any inaccuracies corrected and where applicable erased, if they are not already deleted.


Our site has a number of links to other local and international organisations and agencies. In some cases, we link to private organisations with their permission.
